Hi Folks,  It's that time of the year again.  Durhamville Day 2010 will be taking place on Sunday, September 19, 2010   in the hamlet of Durhamville, We are planning a full afternoon of activities.  If you would like to join in the festivities by displaying your craft/memorabili  items or just join us for a great chicken barbecue at the Durhamville VFD firehouse make your plans now to attend.  For those of you who are interested in setting-up a display; please contact me to confirm your request. The year 2011 will be Durhamville's Bicentennial year and we are planning to "Kick-off" the event by introducing our 16-Month Durhamville Bicentennial Historical Calendar (September 2010 - December 2011) which will be offered for sale by community organizations at $8.00 each.  We will also be unveiling the bicentennial logo which has been designed by students from the Durhamville Elementary School at 2:00pm at the school on Main Street.  As you can see, we expect an exciting day and look forward to having you,  your family and friends join us as we begin to prepare to celebrate Durhamville's 200th birthday next year.  Sincerely,   Lou Best   Durhamville Day Committee
