Bids for Contact 4A and 4B: New London Pump Station and Electrical at Pump Station were accepted and opened today at the Town Office building. Barton & Loguidice will review all bid submissions, and make a recommendation for bid award that will be presented to the Town Board at the March 3 Regular Meeting.
The Pump Station build is a planned build for 2025.
The Pipe Bridge design has been approved by all but one entity. Once the final approval is received construction on the bridge can begin. The build will take roughly 7-8 months to fabricate and another 2-3 to put in place all weather dependent.

These Public Interest Orders and Resolutions pursuant to NYS Town Law 202-b, explain the need for the pump station upgrade, along with the cost to each districts upgrade. Please note: The cost for the upgrade is being distributed accordingly across all users. Meaning, 80% of the sewer can be directly attributed to the Oneida Indian Nation properties, therefore the balance of the residents on sewer will cover the remaining 20%.
